Road Trip Philosophies

I like to take road trips. I like to drive. I like to drive alone. I like to drive alone, after midnight, at 80 mph down mountain or desert highways playing tag with tractor-trailers. I tend to get philosophical when I do this. I decided to offer up some of these midnight high-speed ponderings (and a few others) for your contemplation. Many of these have appeared in my livejournal.

(Standard Disclaimer: I am not now, nor have I ever been a licensed Professional Philosopher. Should you require the services of an actual Professional Philosopher, please check with your local chapter of the Amalgamated Union of Philosophers, Sages, Luminaries and Other Thinking Persons. They will be more than happy to assist you with the eternal verities.*)
